Dr Whoogle is a Doctor Who fan site that is powered by Google Coop Search. Dr Who and all materials acssociated with the show are the property of the BBC. DrWhoogle.com is completely independent of the BBC.
The site has been set up with the purpose of providing donations to the following charities:
How are funds raised through this site? Any searches that are carried out using this Google Custom Search Engine that lead to any of the sponsored ads being clicked on within the site result in a small advertiser's payment to DrWhoogle Search. Profits form these searches are distributed evenly between the listed charites once payment has been received from Google.
Please note: Do not use this site with a view to clicking on adverts in an unatural fashion. Please surf as you would normally. We do not wish to generate funds by clicking on adverts that are not of interest you. This would be in contravention of Google's guidelines and would be unfair to those who are paying for their adverts / sponsored links.

Is it Really Google?: Yes this site really uses Google to search for results and functions as closely as possible to a normal Google home search page.
Why?: Any money that can be raised for these charities is going to help save lives. We are also trying to raise awareness of the amazing work that both the charities and the many thousands of volunteer helpers does on behalf of underprivileged and desperate people around the globe.
